Our products are backed with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, please feel free to return the item within 7 days after receipt of your purchase.
The merchandise must be in the original condition and should show no signs of use, the cost of the merchandise will be refunded in full with the exception of the shipping charges.
There will be 15% restocking fee for all undamaged refunds, a 25% restocking fee will be applied if more than 5 of the same product is ordered and then returned. The restocking fee is not applicable for an exchange or store credit.
Please inspect your purchase in detail, if an item is defective or damaged or if an incorrect product has been shipped, you must inform us within 3 days of the purchase. A return tag will be issued for the product and a replacement will be sent once the product has been inspected, if it was defective or damaged.
We warranty most of the products for up to a year after the date of purchase, depreciation of products and parts due to regular use will not be covered. Light bulbs are not covered under any warranty and all broken bulbs must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent.

- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
- If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.
- Please return merchandise within 7 days of receipt to ensure proper credit.
- We are sorry but will not be able to accept used merchandise. Merchandise must be in original packaging when returned.
- Not all products/situations qualify for a refund. Items unaccepted by us will require return shipping to be paid by buyer.
